20. Does Email Sorter Wizard work with Eudora or any other email software other than MS Outlook©?
No. Email Sorter Wizard only works with MS Outlook©.

Yes. Email Sorter Wizard is an MS Outlook© Add-In, therefore it relies on Outlook© to retrieve your emails from the server. If you have successfully set-up your Outlook© account to retrieve your email from different servers, then Email Sorter Wizard will work for you.

23. I installed Email Sorter Wizard but it did not ask me to restart my PC?
Email Sorter Wizard installation does not require a restart for every computer configuration. Therefore, do not worry if you are not asked to restart your computer.
24. I installed Email Sorter Wizard and I see new icons on the toolbar.
Yes, the toolbar are basically the command buttons that launch your Email Sorter Wizard.
25. Does Email Sorter delete all emails coming from unknown sources?
Email Sorter does not delete the emails coming from unknown sources, but it saves them in a separate folder for your review. You can thereby review all of your emails, before deletion.
26. The rules I have defined are ordered in a special sequence. What does that mean?
Yes, the sequence order for the rules are very important. The first rule will be executed first and so on. The beauty of this tool is that you define which rules you'd like to have executed and in what sequence. You do, however, have the flexibility to move the rules up and down in order using the two arrows in the "Expert" mode. To illustrate an example, a rule which contains the sender's email address "john.doe@doe.com" should be set at a the top of your sequence order. Now, if a sender's email address contains the word "doe", then this should be a rule that comes in second. With this said, all emails received that contain the word "doe" and the sender's address "john.doe@doe.com" will be sorted according to their order in the rule you've defined above.
27. The emails I have sorted by rules are all marked as "UNREAD" although I have already read them?
Please go to Email Sorter Wizard "Expert" mode from the Main Menu and make sure the checkbox says "Mark as Unread."
28. Does Email Sorter Wizard help me cop with "SPAM" and "Junk Mail"?
Yes, you bet! That is one of the strengths of Email Sorter Wizard. You can create as many rules as you want, especially those that eliminate SPAM and Junk Mail from your inbox!
29. I have created a new rule but it does not work?
1. Please make sure that the respective email addresses "From" and "To" are defined correctly.
2. Check if the folder you want to sort the emails from is selected (it should be highlighted).
3. If the rule still does not work, you can try debugging it by checking all of the definitions you created; it might be an issue with contradicting values.
30. I have created a new rule. It works, but not the way I want it. What can I do to fix it?
1. Go to "Edit" and select the rule that isn't producing the correct result.
2. In the "Description Pane" check all the definitions you made for your respective rules.
3. Upon finding the definition that is causing the error, click the "Edit" button on the top right of the screen and correct the definition. Run the rule to verify that it is working properly.
